To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.).
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.
All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You card is refunded to the full amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.
